These files are being slowly transferred over to the School Factory site here. More of AHA’s documentation can be found on this page of our Redmine instance;  many others (and previous versions of these) can be found by sifting through the morass of our public Google Docs.

• Membership Overview – For the curious!
• Liability form – to be signed by anyone using the space.
• Membership & 24/7 Access form – to be printed out, completed, and kept in the AHA Locker @space.
• Google group / mailing list – a separate group exists for members; email Amanda for access, amanda dot sari dot perez at geemail.
• Organizational Bylaws and Standing Rules
• Facebook group and page – these will soon be merged into a glorious whole.

• Picasa album with some older pictures
• Item checkout form – for high-risk items, such as the flipcam. Email alex dot glowaski at geemail for editing access.
• Board meeting minutes – Board meetings are currently held on the second Wednesday of each month, time and location to be announced via the “ahashop” Google group.

Relevant Dates and Info

• Board 02: The current Directors are Xander Honkala, Kimberly Frey, Michael Senkow, Nate Dotz, and Nate Yost. This 6-month term will end on April 27, 2012.
• Current Officers as of November 2011 include Treasurer (Jenn Mann), Shop Shogun (Josh Williams), and Electronics Bishop (Matthew Kloiber).
