WARNING! Registration on AHA website IS NOT Coursera signup!  Please do both.

Coursera Courses are FREE (Materials are not) – Description, Syllabus & Signup.

This is an AHA Maker Educational Experiment.  Youtube Video Description by Faculty members of Rochester University.

This experiment will combine (3) online resources: Coursera, Meetup & Google Hangout.

Meets for 6 consecutive weeks.  Course Registrants will meet at the AHA Makerspace to view the online video lectures on the big screen TV.  We’ll use our own personal devices to work on homework.  For those wishing to build the project amplifier, we’ll meet during the AHA Open Build times (Thursday AND/OR Sunday from 2pm-10pm) and have access to all necessary tools.   Please note: project materials must be individually purchased.

Although the online course is free, All Hands Active Makerspace is graciously providing meeting space and tool access, so any donations to help keep the AHA Makerspace open to the general public will be gladly accepted.  Thank you for your consideration.

Larry Works – AHA Director

PS.  Google Hangout is limited to 10 participants.

PS.  On street parking is free after 6pm.  Maynard Structure is $1.20/hour (Sun = Free)

PPS.  Expect a little bit of chaos as we work out the kinks week to week ;-)

We have 3 people registered so there’s plenty of room!

We are skipping Feb. 11th due to previously scheduled event in AHA.
So the Feb. 18th session will actually be Session 3.
This should not be a problem as the video lectures are available at anytime.

Google Hangout was NOT ready for primetime so we meet at AHA.
