Jam session #1 in progress, we recorded some very interesting stuff. And even as I write this, there’s more music being made. The picture about features Amanda’s Hank Drum built out of an unused propane tank, Alex’s home-made amp originally for her mandolin. At the moment Nick is running an out-of-tune violin through a Kaossillator and a Line 6 Delay Unit while Alex rolls balls of tin foil about on her arms to bridge buzzer circuits and Pokey drones away on my bass guitar. Nima is trying to get a bit of sound out of an old telephone circuit tester, and Matt and Tom are recording. Matt is eating a daffodil.
This was awesome, I was skeptical for a bit, but things really came together!
